/wish = have a wish? Well why don’t you make it then? Maybe it will come true.
/save = save your character. Even though the game saves for you, sometimes due to errors your character will not be saved so this command has been added in just to be safe.

Other commands such as emote commands, name commands, etc... Are explained in game. Read signs around Cappy Town to learn these commands.

Kirby Cell:

The Kirby Cell is a key item in KDW that allows you to set custom warp points, and warp to them. To get the Kirby Cell, either complete the Newbie Training School when you first log in, or go to the "Other" tab in the shop and buy it.

To use the Kirby Cell, simply press the "Page Up" button on your keyboard to set a spawn point, and then double click on the phone to instantly warp to that point when needed. Just keep in mind that these are one time warps, and you will need to set a new spawn point once using it.

Another function of the Kirby Cell is to return you to the Hang-Out if you are stuck. Simply type /kirbycellhome and once the message telling you that your new spawn point is the Hang-Out appears, double click your cell to be warped back.

In Game Chat:

Kirby's Dream World uses an in game chat box in order to communicate with the other players in the game. This box does use filters in order to keep out foul language, but other than that it is not limited. The Chat box is also how you enter in Game Commands.

Local Chat:
Local Chat messages are messages that only appear on the map that they are sent on. When local messages are sent their text will show up gray, and the messages will also appear below the character that said them.

World Chat:
World Chat messages are messages that are seen by everyone in the game. To use world chat you simply put a ' mark before you send your message. (EX: 'This is how you would do it.) World messages show up as being white in the chat box.

Private Chat:
Private Chat messages are messages that only the person of your choice can see. To seed a private message simply use this command !PLAYERNAMEHERE. (EX: !Legend Hey whats up Legend?)

Private Chat Box:
A Private Chat Box is different than a Private Chat message. To bring up this box simply double click on the players name in the player list. It will then send them an invite to start a Private Chat. If they accept a box will pop up and you will be able to talk in this instant messenger like chat box.

Classes:

Just like most MMORPGs you can pick from classes to play as in the game! Here is all the info about each class.

Star Warrior:

Starting Stats:
HP 32
MP 4
SP 20
STR 8
DEF 3
MAGI 1
SPEED 6

Info:

Star Warrior is the main class of the game as it is what Kirby is in the real games. Star Warriors start out with balanced out stats which make it a very good class to pick. Star Warriors also have a special ability to use special spots known as "Fly Pads." Fly Pads can be found in special areas and when you step on them you will be able to fly. Although this is very limited, it allows Star Warriors to get to areas that other classes cannot reach. Star Warriors also start out with the best speed which allows them gain more stat points sooner.

Goo:

Starting Stats:
HP 32
MP 16
SP 10
STR 8
DEF 5
MAGI 7
SPEED 3

Info:

The Goo class is a group of creatures that was created from Dark matter. However this does not mean they are evil. Goos are very much like Star Warriors. Their stats are almost the same, and they can also use "Fly Pads." However there is a difference. The Goo class' specialty is the use of skills. Due to the fact that the Goo class starts out with more MP than the other classes, it can use more skills, and do more damage with skills than other classes can.

Knuckle Joe:

Starting Stats:
HP 52
MP 2
SP 8
STR 17
DEF 1
MAGI 0
SPEED 2

Info:

Knuckle Joe is the power class of KDW. Knuckle Joe's start out with high attack power which makes it very easy to kill earlier on in the game. However they start out with no special points (magic). This class may be one of the best choices for beginner players. Not only does it start out with higher attack power, but it also has the ability to climb up some ledges. This ability really helps out if it can be used to it's fullest.

Waddle Dee:

Starting Stats:
HP 38
MP 8
SP 10
STR 12
DEF 5
MAGI 2
SPEED 3

Info:

Waddle Dee is what you would call a normal class. This class has no special abilities and it's stats are very much the same as a Star Warrior. This class has no true advantages, but it does allow you to transform into different monsters later on, with the use of the sprite shop that is.

Character Stats:

Character Stats plays one of the most important roles in the game.

When leveling up in KDW characters gain what is known as stat points. Stat poitns are used to level up different character stats which make characters stronger. With out adding stat points characters will be weak and will never be able to advance. Also some items require you to level different stats in order to use them. Use these items as guides as to what stat point is needed next.

Attack :

By adding stat points into Attack, the character will become stronger and do more damage with each hit.

Defense :

By adding stat points into Defense, the character will take less damage when being hit.

Speed :

By adding stat points into SPEED, the characters attack will hit more often. Also when this skill reaches level 20 you will receive 2 skill points per level instead of 1, and finally when this stat is level 30 you will gain 3 skill points. It is best that this skill is leveled up to level 30 as soon as possible. However level 30 is the highest level that will give stat boosts. Any points added after level 30 will be a waist.

Special :

By adding stat points into Special, the character will gain more Mental Points (MP), and also do more damage when using skills.

Area Types:

Towns:

Towns are areas where you will be able to go to shops, buy houses, battle in arenas, and do many other things. Towns are the Safe zones in the game and are very important as for they have almost everything you need. Most of the main parts of the game will take place in the towns, while the outside areas are places to explore.

Housing Blocks:
Hosing Blocks are areas that can be found in almost every town in Dream World. In these areas you will be able to buy your own house, or visit others homes as well. Although the housing block is normally just for homes, sometimes secrets will be hidden in them as well.

Arenas:
Arenas are places where you can fight for fun. KDW has many arenas which are all free to use. However there is a "1337" arena which you need to buy a pass for.

Other Areas: There are many other areas in the game and a lot of dungeons to explore. Just keep looking around the game and you’ll be amazed to see what you find. Who knows you might even come across the hidden "back areas" sometime.

Map Name Color:

Kirby's Dream World uses a color coded map naming system. These colors are used to show what type of area the map is so it is very important to check the map's name color.

Red Name:
Red map names are areas where you can Player Kill (PK). In these areas players above the level 10 can attack other players, and get attacked themselves.

Black Name:
Black map names show areas where you will not lose exp when dying. There are very few of these areas in the game, but they are very helpful since you will not lose exp if you die here.

White Name:
White map names show areas where PKing is not allowed. This includes areas such as towns, dungeons, and other key areas.

Yellow Name:
Yellow map names show that the map belongs to a player in the game. These areas are normally houses, but sometimes land is put up for sale as well.

KDW Bosses:

In KDW there are many bosses. Here is a small part just to tell about a few of the bosses you will run into.

Mega Dee:
This boss can be found in the woods and is for around level 50 players. Even though this boss can be easly beat it is still guarded by higher level NPCs. So to fight this boss you will have to use every thing you can just to attack him. So make sure you have a plan before you head into battle.

King Rock:
This boss can be kind of hard just because it is hard to find. This boss is located inside of the caves but is mixed in with a lot of other rocks. So finding the right one may not be so easy. This boss is a good boss to fight if you are at level 100.

Fatty Whaile:
This boss is strong and mostly for level 200s and up. This boss can be found inside of wam ban cave and also has an item that you will need to get. Before you fight this boss it may be a good idea to get a group to head into battle with you, and if not just have a good back up plan.

Dyna Blade:
That is dyna blade? Yes well.... sorry guys but the sprite got glitched. Any way Dyna blade is a stronger boss of the game. Just like Fatty Whaile you may want to have a group with you before you attack. Also make sure you have a lot of long range attacks. This boss is best to face at level 150 and up.

King Dedede:
This boss pops up when ever he wants, and where ever he wants. This boss is at max level and can not be stoped so easly. If you really want to fight this boss make sure you are at least level 200 and you have a group with you. However the good thing is he only appears when there are a lot of members online so it should be easy to get a group ready.

?????????:
Said to be a perfect copy. "??????" known as "Clone Kirby" has appeared a few times just to attack the town. What is his level? No one knows.

Other Bosses:
In KDW there are many other bosses but I will not tell you about them here. These bosses are hidden in game. Also on top of that there are always new bosses being added into the game so just keep checking the game and you may be shocked about what you find.

Easteregg Areas:

Easteregg Areas are areas that you can go to that are not related to Kirby in anyway. These areas include places such as Green Hill Zone, the Great Fox, and even Traverse town from Kingdom Hearts. These areas were made at the request of fans. Although they are not truly related to Kirby, they still play important roles.
