Having issues logging into KDW? Well, hopefully this will help you understand what is going on.
One of the most common log in problems is the "Sending Login Information" bug. This occurs when the server has experienced an error, and has yet to fully shut down but is also no longer running. The client will connect, a Login screen will appear, and you will sit there. Sadly there is no way for this issue to be resolved on your end, and you will have to wait for the server to restart. Below are time tables that this server restart may occur -- if KDW goes offline before these times it will remain offline until then (keep in mind these times are not set in stone, and the server may not always be rebooted at these times). We are sorry to inform you of this, but we wanted everyone to understand and not worry.

Monday - 6:00 AM, 6:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Tuesday - 6:00 AM, 6:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Wednesday - 6:00 AM, 6:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Thursday - 6:00 AM, 6:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Friday - 6:00 AM, 6:00 PM - 11:59 PM
Saturday - 9:00 AM - 11:59 PM
Sunday - 9:00 AM - 11:30 PM
Hmm... So, What Kind Of System do you have in place to restart the server? Or at least, what is the normal amount of time it takes for the server to restart.

Sadly at this moment we have to restart it by hand -- the above times are when we may due so. I'm currently looking into alternatives (mainly, fixing said issue), but at the moment we have no other choice but to do it this way. Also I'll update the post, but this is Central Time.
