Have you ever been stuck on receiving map data, or been unable to attack or pick up an item? Well, there's a chance that your client got slightly out of sync with the server. It happens from time to time (typically due to lag), but if you don't know how to fix it, it can be a real issue. So, just what do you do? Well, it's simple -- type /refresh !
Anytime things just don't seem right to you, the Refresh command is what you should always try. Issues that are normally associated with lag would include not being able to go to other maps, not being able to pick up items, being unable to attack enemies, not being able to talk to NPCs, and being unable to read signs. If you have any of these issues, just refresh.
